When: We had a great winter session. Please subscribe below to be informed with another session next winter is offered. Class times are 10:15 am Saturdays - Family circuit class, Parent(s) and children 7 and up, bootcamp style circuit class!
Come MOVE and have fun together!
$25.00 drop in per family (5.00 for additional child friend)

$75.00 4 week session. (1 built in free class:)
*Children must be accompanied by adult
Where: The Empowered Health Fitness Studio at the Masonic Lodge 174 East Main St. - Use Side entrance by Comporium. Parking in front or use parking lot in back.
