Ladies come be a part of our bootcamp community at Brevard Health and Racquet Club
What: Full body strength training circuit training class.
Work upper, lower, abs cardio all in one! (not heavy cardio indoors due to covid)
Includes: TRX, Rip trainers, dumbbells, bosu, stability ball, cardio, slam balls and more!
Why: To have “fun” working out, burn calories, lose weight, gain muscle, group/instructor accountability/instruction and more!
When: Tuesday and Thursdays 8:30-9:30 am or 9:30-10:30 am
(4 wk sessions, 8 classes)
BHRC Members: $96.00
Where: BHRC 1325 N. Country Club Road in the private new studio
**Class size limited to 5 people and masks required**
