Bootcamp
EXCITING NEWS- Bootcamp and all services will be moving to the Masonic Lodge, 174 E. Main St. Brevard, NC. on January 1, 2025. Come be a part of our community at the Empowered Health "Playground." Relocation was necessary due to the Studio being destroyed at the Racquet Club by Hurricane Helene.
If you WORK IT I can guarantee you will get leaner and stronger!

What: Full body strength training, power hour
circuit training class. Work upper, lower, abs cardio all in one!
Includes: TRX, Rip trainers, dumbbells, bosu, stability ball, cardio, slam balls and more!
Why: To have “fun” working out, burn calories, lose weight, gain muscle, group/instructor accountability/instruction and more!
When: Choose from the following sessions:
Tuesday and Thursdays 8:30-9:30 am - Waitlist
Tuesday and Thursdays 9:40-10:40 am Co Ed Class
Monday and Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 am Co Ed Class
Monday and Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:00 pm Co Ed Class

Cost- 4 week session, 8 classes for only $108.00 -- If space allows $18.00 drop in

FAMILY BOOTCAMP ON SATURDAY MORNINGS!
10:15 am - Family circuit class, Parent(s)and children 7 and up , bootcamp style circuit class!
Come MOVE and have fun together!

$20.00 drop in for a parent, 1 child, $25.00 drop in for more than 2 people per family
(children must be accompanied by adult)

Cody is down 6% body fat, has gained 8 pounds muscle, doubled amount of pushups he can do in a minute and increased his plank by more than 30 seconds this past year after joining Jodi's bootcamp.
