Michelle's Story

Michelle started on her fitness journey in January 2019 with Bootcamp and Personal Training with Jodi. In addition she added hiking and walking in the beautiful outdoors in Brevard, NC and spinning and yoga. She put on some weight during difficult times in her life, but was determined to take care of herself. In 9 months she lost over 20 pounds, 13 1/2 inches and 4 % body fat working with Jodi.

Shannon's Story

Shannon started at Jodi's Bootcamp challenge with Jodi in January 2019 Her workouts were derailed when she was in a car accident in 2014. She got whiplash and a severe concussion. She wasn't able to hold her head up for at least a year. She spent 2 years in physical therapy along with chiropractic and Rolfing rehabilitating. As a result of her inactivity related to her recovery, she gained 20 pounds. Exercise has been her medicine and in the past 2 years, I'm thrilled to report she has lost 20 pounds, has become stronger than she has ever been, and has become pain-free! " Shannon loves the accountability and consistency of private training and the classes offer her. "Jodi's so talented at rotating exercises and bringing variety to every session." Her favorites have been TRX, outside Bootcamp, and using lots of different "toys". Wow, so thankful Shannon is part of our Bootcamp community, and looking forward to continuing with her on her journey!

Betsy's Story

Betsy was 20 pounds heavier, inactive and had suffered a stroke prior to our training. She wanted to improve her strength, flexibility and balance and be able to walk more than a half mile. Today she is down 20 pounds since she started the 30 Day Jump Start Your Health program in January. She is walking up to 3 miles a day and strength training 3 x a week. She is able to keep up with her daughters walking on vacation and playing with her grandsons. Her progress in one year has been amazing, Great job Betsy

Melanie's Story

Melanie had never strength trained before she was invited to try out bootcamp by Jodi. She caught on great and loved it. She started bootcamp classes in March and by July she was 20 pounds lighter, leaner and stronger! She applied concepts from Jodi's 30 Day Jumpstart including cleaning up her diet, cutting down on sugar, and following the Mediterranean diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Her energy has improved immensely which she needs because she has four year old to keep up with. Her hip pain that she's had since she was pregnant is completely gone now. She also feels better in her “new” clothes, and better overall mentally and physically. Amazing Job, Melanie!

Tom's Story

Tom getting it done on the TRX! I'm so proud of him, He's lost 5% body fat and 13.5 pounds in less then 6 weeks, training with me 2x a week, working out on his own and following a "healthy eating" plan. Great job Tom, keep it up!
