I have always been passionate about fitness and having a healthy lifestyle. I graduated with a BS in Human Services and minor in Health from Metropolitan State College in Denver, CO. My love for physical activity started when I was young and I participated on the gymnastics, diving and track team.
My love for fitness and people led me to working in the health and wellness field in various capacities for over 20 years as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor.
Even though I was in the health field, several years ago I became sick. For years I struggled with joint pain, digestive issues, migraines and more, even after pursuing various medical tests and going to various Doctors.
I was finally diagnosed with an autoimmue disease and by becoming the CEO of my own health I have been able to manage and reverse the condition. . This led me to become an ACE certified health Coach and develop a passion of incorporating a focus on the whole body. I realized for a person to reach their full potential I need to focus on helping the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. Since becoming an Ace Certified Health Coach I have been overjoyed helping my clients achieve even more amazing results by incorporating my health coaching.
My desire is to help each woman improve the quality of her life by moving well, eating well and thinking well. When I’m not coaching or training you may find me hiking or paddle boarding in the beautiful mountains in Western North Carolina.
